Praise and Donations Roll In

Praise and donations continue to roll in for the Pauanui to Tairua Trail project.

There has been much verbal and written praise. One email sums up the feelings of many. It comes from Sydneysider Chris Vernel who writes: 

"Hi, my wife and I ran the trail from Pauanui to Lakes Resort and back this week while on holiday from Sydney. What a fantastic asset this will be. We hope to be back for another visit in October so will of course check out progress. All the best."

The donations box at the GAS service station has also been producing some much needed funds. More then $50.00  came from the box in the past couple of weeks.

Trail boss Gary Fowler and his hard working team find all this very encouraging.

Fantastic Shot of Bridge

Local photographer Frank Coulter took this amazing shot of the new bridge over the Tangitarori Canal.

"This is a completely new aspect of the bridge that Frank has captured," Pauanui to Tairua Trail Boss Gary Fowler said. " It shows what an amazing structure this is."
